Blackburn Personal Trainers

We offer a bespoke personal training service where you work one-to-one with an experienced fitness coach.

This is at a much higher level and is more around you as an individual compared to a large commercial gym in Blackburn (like DW, Pure Gym or Crossfit style fitness centre) where you’re generally treated as just a number.

We also help you with nutritional guidance and help you dodge some bumps in the road with what you eat to fuel your body.

If you have any aches, pain or injuries then we have C.H.E.K Practitioners who can devise a fitness plan that includes rehabilitation stretches and exercises so that you can become pain free.

All of our fitness, health and well-being services take place in our private studio. It’s about a 5-minute drive from the A59, Mellor, Whalley, Salesbury, Wilpshire and Great Harwood (BB6 postcodes).

You’re an individual, so writing a “general” fitness programme or offering the usual nutrition advice isn’t what you want or need.

When you come for your consultation we will discuss what you want from PT sessions. After your assessment we’ll devise specific fitness programme for your body. At this time any pain or injuries are taken into account too.

We’re here to help and motivate you to get the body shape you want in life, whether that to trim some of those wobbly bits on your body or put on some muscle and trim your belly.

Optimum Nutrition

We’ll talk to you about your current eating habits and diet, and we’ll probably suggest some improvements (most people do need to eat a little bit healthier).

How this help? By controlling cravings, increasing your level of energy and keeping your immune protection system ready to combat anything.

The right nutrition and foods is important. We all want to enjoy going out at the weekend, but it’s about knowing what the right choice are when you’re out and knowing what to avoid. That’s where a Blackburn personal trainer helps.

First, your personal trainer will monitor and encourage you every step of the way.

If you put in the effort and follow our advice then you should see a big difference in your sleep, mood and energy levels after 2-3 weeks.

In two months, you’ll be feeling a lot happier about the shape of your body.

What's the personal training like?

We’re a little bit different to other Blackburn personal training companies.

You’ll see your exercise coach for two or more hours every week. We will push you to achieve your goals, but not in a drill sergeant way (unless you want us to).

There’s variety as well. You’re not going to be doing the same exercises every session or every week.

What if I can't do the exercises?

That’s why we’re here.

We’ll know what exercises are great for your body and those which are not after we assess your movement patterns when you first become a client.

Then, we will show you how to perform each exercise and ensure you’re doing it correctly.

Throughout your sessions we’re solely focused on you.
