Do You Spring Into Action?

How can you achieve higher energy levels and lead a better, healthier lifestyle?

Would you like to have wellness?

Hang on, what is wellness?

Wellness is waking up without pain. Wellness is feeling great – not just some of the time, I mean all of the time!

Wellness is having the energy to get through your daily tasks and still have more energy in reserve at the end of it – without the need for coffee and Redbull to give you that extra boost.

Wellness is NOT using daily pain medication so you can walk up the stairs without feeling your back might go at any minute.

Wellness is not just looking great but it’s also about feeling great. So – would you like to feel well? It is possible to feel well every day once you apply the principles of wellness.

These principles are:

  • Thought
  • Breathing technique
  • Hydration
  • Nutrition
  • Rest
  • Exercise

Once all of these are achieved you will become well.

Most people who come to see me want to change their bodies and when we assess their lifestyle, many live their life by the 20/80 rule – that is they do it wrong 80 per cent of the time and they do what they believe is right 20 per cent of the time.

This does not help their situation. One of the things we do at Masters Personal Training is to coach individuals on how to make minor changes to their lifestyle that will have significant impact on their daily life.

We also offer a comprehensive, mechanical assessment on your body to assess which exercises are going to be best for you and a full dietary programme to help you to achieve your goals.

Remember this – you cannot achieve your true potential if you’re nutritionally deficient.

You also can’t fully heal from injury if you’re packing your body full of junk food.

If you, or someone you know, would benefit from the services we offer, take advantage of our free no obligation consultation and speak to one of our highly trained professionals.
