First Steps To Fitness

At Masters Personal Training we’re celebrating our first birthday since moving to Brockhall with a special gift.

Until the end of October (2012) we’re giving away a free 30 minute personal training session to every reader when they tell us about this post – and this is in addition to a free 30 minute consultation so that’s a full hour with a personal trainer for free, just for reading this blog post!

We’re also celebrating the addition of two new team members – personal trainer Martin Ainsworth and gym instructor Hayley Shone-Ellison.

In the last 12 months since our move to The Avenue at Brockhall Village, we’ve made lots of additions to our services including a Tuesday night total toning class and a Sunday morning boot camp with Martin. We’ve also added a relaxation service, where you can get your nails done or have a massage.

Our qualified beauty therapist has lots of special offers on at the moment and her services include gel and acrylic nails, spray tans and massage.

Over the coming months we will be featuring articles on the MPT blog and on Facebook, so ‘LIKE’ us to receive our updates on events we will be hosting and to get details of special offers. This month our event is a diet and nutrition seminar on the 5 November at 10 am.

Some of the editorials we will be featuring will include ways to make your ‘little black dress’ fit easier and in the run up to Christmas and in the New Year we’ll be posting information regarding Bio Signature Modulation – the secret to spot reduction – just the facts no fiction.
