How you’ll feel in just a few weeks
She came to MPT because she was suffering from neck and back pain.
Having spent a lot of time, energy and money visiting both the doctor and the physio she was still in pain, and there was no real solution.
That changed when she met with Daniel at the studio.
Want to see how she’s now able to do all of the things she wanted, but couldn’t because she was still in pain? Watch the video.
Pain in your back can be caused by a multitude of reasons, but some common ones are:
- posture while driving
- posture at your desk/at a computer
- lifting something incorrectly
After seeing people, like you, with injuries or post surgery pain issues we’ve come to learn how both upsetting and frustrating it can be.
Has your back just ‘gone’ before and you fear it happening again, at any time?
We can help.
When you lose the capabilities you once had or when you have to stop doing something you enjoy, like playing a sport or playing with the kids/ grand kids. It’s both frustrating and upsetting. That changes today.
We’ve seen many clients able to once again do the things they thought they had lost.
It’s a real pleasure to see someone get back what they thought they had lost, which is why we specialize in learning rehabilitative techniques to get you out of pain as quickly as possible.
What happens when you see us
The first step is a comprehensive assessment designed to find out what’s working too hard in your body and what’s not doing its job.
This is a full CHEK assessment that covers:
- Muscle testing
- Core stability
- Nerve activation
- Muscle function
- Limb length
Once that’s completed we develop you a bespoke rehab programme and take the time to show you how to do the exercises correctly.
This way, you’re not reliant on us and actually gain some of the knowledge you need to help keep yourself injury and pain-free.
We also continually update your training programme with the thought in mind of not only to correcting your weaknesses, but to actually make you stronger and more able than before your injury.
